MicroRNAs as Regulators of Adipogenic Differentiation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells|
A number of recent studies have reported several microRNAs (miRNAs) that enhance or inhibit adipogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and with potential use in microRNA-based therapy to regulate adipogenesis in the context of treating bone diseases and metabolic disorders. This review focuses on miRNAs and their role in regulating adipogenic differentiation of MSCs. [Stem Cells Dev] Abstract
